The Teens2Queens Gap-bridging Training Programme is the heart of the Teens2Queens project: a hybrid course designed to build 15 essential life skills for young females with a migrant history. These include personal development, social interaction, learning how to learn, EU citizenship, and entrepreneurial thinking, not to start businesses, but to shape creative ideas into real projects with confidence and structure.
Many of these skills are not taught in school, but they are vital for building self-confidence, protecting personal freedoms, and improving chances in the job market. That is why this training focuses on what really matters for living independently and equally in society.
The hybrid programme combines in-class training, practical work and exercises, as well as an online quiz at the end of each unit. All learning materials are freely available in English, German, French, Italian, Romanian and Swedish via the online platform. A modern micro-credential system for successfully completed units allows for transparent and flexible documentation of the learning outcomes achieved.
To make sure it fits young women’s needs in different countries, the project team currently tests and fine-tunes everything in pilot sessions. Learners and trainers regularly report on their activities and progress in national Learning Diaries.

For each of the three key competence areas – Personal, Social and Learning to Learn, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship – five skills are addressed through hybrid learning units of five hours each. In total, the programme comprises 15 learning units and a total of 75 hours of training.
All learning materials, presentations, instructions for practical exercises, as well as the quizzes that conclude each unit, are easily accessible via the e-learning platform. A simple registration is all that is required to access and download all materials and to track your learning progress. If you require the learning materials in other formats, we will be happy to provide them. Please contact us at contact@teens2queens.eu
