PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The iNTERCULT project aims for better understanding of intercultural mediators role and its importance for the inclusion of migrants.

Along the duration of the project parters are shaping

• 1 compendium of good practices in the field of intercultural mediation,
• 1 state of the art of intercultural mediators'need in order to improve their knowledge and competences
• 1 training course for intercultural mediators and staff occupying similar positions according to the needs.

On 2026 Local implementations of the training will be held on partn's countries with the idea that intercultural mediators migh have a migrants profil aspiring to become intercultural mediators.
