HERoic Tracks empowers integration and inspirs Change
HERoic Tracks is a transformative initiative dedicated to enhancing the integration journeys of female refugees across Europe. By addressing their unique challenges, we aim to empower women and create a more inclusive society. Our project focuses on tracking and improving learning outcomes and integration careers for female refugees, paving the way for tailored and impactful education and support systems.
Why HERoic Tracks?
Female refugees often encounter significant barriers to integration, including cultural, educational, employment, and health-related challenges. They also face vulnerabilities such as isolation, discrimination, and domestic violence.Despite these obstacles, their resilience and potential for societal contribution are profound. HERoic Tracks is committed to unlocking this potential by:
Providing a clear assessment of what works and what doesn’t in integration programmes.
Highlighting success stories and role models to inspire others.
Offering practical tools and recommendations to improve integration systems.
