Welcome to the Teens2Queens Competence Gap Detector – an innovative and inclusive tool designed to better understand and support the development of key competences among young female migrants across Europe.
This tool helps identify strengths and gaps in areas such as personal development, citizenship and entrepreneurship. By doing so, it provides valuable insights that can inform more effective education, integration and empowerment programmes.
The Competence Gap Detector consists of two complementary instruments:
- a quantitative online questionnaire, available in nine different languages
- a qualitative interview guide, available in English
Together, they offer a well-rounded perspective on how young women perceive their own skills, experiences and readiness to actively participate in society.
To use the Gap Detector, we kindly ask you to get in touch with the project team (contact@teens2queens.eu) or through one of our partner organisations. Upon request, we will provide you with a tailored clone of the online tool in your preferred language, including full access and administrative rights for independent use. Please one or more of the following languages:
In addition to the online questionnaire, please also download and use the interview guide to gain deeper insights and to better tailor the competence detection to each individual.
Please note that all tools and accompanying materials are completely free and unrestricted, made possible through an open CC BY-SA licence.
By using the Competence Gap Detector, you can gain deeper insights into the needs and potential of your target group, amplify young women’s voices, and design more targeted and impactful support measures.
We warmly invite you to explore, use and share this tool – and to join us in supporting young women on their journey towards confidence, participation and opportunity.
