PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The MOTIV-ACTION partnership had the objective of supporting adult users who are looking for new job opportunities in making a better use of digital tools and devices. The main goal was to make digitalisation the more inclusive and sustainable as possible.

MOTIV-ACTION had those needs and objectives as focus:
• Making underrepresented groups count in any phase of the project realisation: both when realising didactic contents and when designing the pilot process
• Constantly taking into account and addressing the needs of the poorest as well as the most vulnerable and marginalised groups, including women, refugees and people with disabilities.
• Making digital technologies open and responsible

Thanks to such approach, MOTIV-ACTION reached their objectives in an effective way, realising a set of products that really matter both for counsellors, educators, and users and their communities.
